Marwan's mischief,Hazrat Uthman Ghani (may Allah be pleased with him) was a man of noble and gentle temperament, so Marwan was given the opportunity of this courage and boldness. Allah Almighty and Farooq Azam did not allow Marwan and his father, the ruler of Madinah, to come to Madinah during their caliphate. When Usman Ghani became the caliph, they called Marwan to Madinah Deeming it necessary to be kind to him, Dari made him his Mir Munshi. Marwan became more and more interfering with the mood of the Caliph,This was the reason why the people of Madinah were angry with Marwan bin Hukam. Had Usman Ghani not handed them over to the rebels, this fitna would have ended and no one in Madinah would have remained an opponent of Uthman Ghani.Everybody in Madinah had a grudge against Marwan. No one had any animosity or enmity towards Hazrat Uthman Ghani. Hazrat Uthman Ghani did not hand over Marwan because he believed that these people They will kill him immediately, so they did not want to kill Marwan.
