The beginning of Islam
It was narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said. He said: Praise be to Allaah. His Lord said this and said: O Adam! Go to the angels who are sitting there and go to them. He said, "Peace be upon you." He said, "Peace be upon you."It is clear from this hadith that the beginning of peace among human beings is in the same way that Allah Almighty commanded Adam (peace be upon him), the father of human beings, to go and greet the angels.
