Once you feel you are ready to shed those pounds reduce your consumption little by little until it is at your optimal level. Meaning until you are eating what is required for your body to be at its ultimate weight.

The success story of weight lose

After my second baby, I weighed 145 lbs. I am 4'11" so that is considered overweight for my height. Since I breastfed I really didn't want to take any diet pills at all. So my options were exercise and controlling my diet. Now I am a person who hates vegetables with a passion so losing weight was very difficult.

Finally, I found my solution. Eating less ... cutting everything I ate first into half the portion as usual and then really limiting myself to eating only things I really craved or liked and even that in a very small portion. I incorporated more proteins and veggies into my diet and cut down on carbs. I did not eliminate carbs.

Lastly, I started doing Yoga every three days and going out dancing as much as possible. I was very lucky to have babysitters for the last six months that I could trust. Now I weigh 115 lbs and I am still working on it. I have to admit though I haven't continued as regularly with my yoga as before and due to a lack of babysitting, I hardly go out. Nevertheless, I haven't gained the weight back. I take my kids for walks and to the park as often as possible. Keeping myself active all day really helps. My older one is two and a half and my younger one is fourteen months and I have lots of energy to keep them happy.

Mostly I recommend finding activities that you really enjoy to help you lose weight. Good Luck.

weight loss tips

Losing weight is always difficult for some of us. But after the pregnancy of women, we have so many more difficulties to deal with in addition to weight gain. Our bodies need time to heal.

1.     Losing weight whether after pregnancy or not is all about being able to develop a reasonable plan for yourself and then being strong enough to execute that plan.

2.     First, decide for yourself what methods of weight loss would fit your needs. For example are you good at doing exercise? Do you enjoy exercise? What hobbies do you enjoy and how can you make little changes in how you perform a task to help you lose weight. What do you do in everyday life and what routines do you have. How can you change those without making too drastic of a change? What foods do you enjoy and what times do you eat at.

3.     Take everything about your life into consideration and see how you can make small changes to little things such that it leads to weight loss. Making small changes helps you such that you don't really have to diet at all. All you would have to do is change your schedule here and there and vary from your normal behavior just a little. Just always be comfortable enough with the changes you are making to continue with them for some time.

4.     Perhaps the most important is setting yourself a goal. If you stick to your lifestyle changes for a week then you give yourself a treat. Reward yourself and make that reward strong and compelling enough to live better. This will encourage weight loss and help you to get a better hold on a constant and long-lasting effect on your health.

5.     "Health" is one of the keywords here. No matter what path you chose in terms of weight loss goals make sure your decision always leads to a healthier you. ( that means starving yourself is out of the question in terms of a lifestyle change).
